I love a good quick, short bite of fun. And Pixar knows how to deliver!
The Pixar shorts are filled with so many good cartoons either for kids to watch or adults to put on during house work.
Yes, I have washed dishes to Lava. Most of these you will have seen as they normally air in the cinema before a Pixar movie.
In case you don’t know them, here is a list of all the Pixar Shorts:
– The Adventures of Andre & Wally B.
– Luxo Jr.
– Red’s Dream
– Tin Toy
– Knick Knack
– Geri’s Game
– For the Birds
– Boundin’
– One Man Band
– Lifted
– Presto
– Partly Cloudy
– Day & Night
– La Luna
– The Blue Umbrella
– Lava
– Sanjay’s Super Team
– Lou
– Bao
These are the current Theatrical shorts that were released in front of Pixar movies in the cinema. And only the start of the Pixar shorts! They have made loads of shorts in different categories and styles.
My favourite thing about these shorts is that it shows how Pixar animation has evolved over the years. My little creative heart sings when I see what it was versus what it is to this day. Also I watched most of these on repeat in the Disney Store Grafton Street theatre for 4 years.
These are certainly worth a watch. Personally, recommend Lava for a soothing song and Presto for a giggle, if you have not already seen them.
I would love to know what you think of the Pixar shorts. Which is your favourite? Have you seen them?
