Ride Story
Line up and start your engines! Take the wheel of these gas-powered car and buckle up for a scenic drive. Once the checkered flag is waved, you’re off on the adventure.
Spot iconic attractions visible and pick up speed as you pass lush foliage and winding track.
My Thoughts
Tomorrowland Speedway is a fun ride, that isn’t necessarily on every trips list. I normally do it ever 2-3 years or when I have down time in the park.
It is enjoyable when it’s not too crowded however, there is a lot of stop and starting depending on the driver in front of you. This is a good ride for younger visitors to take control for a while.
It’s been refurbished several times, the latest to accommodate for the Tron expansion in Tomorrowland. I am still holding out hope that they will change to electric cars soon enough!
Top Tip: go last thing at night or first thing in the morning. This queue is 100% outdoors and it gets hot waiting for your turn.
Ride Tip: hold the wheel to one side of the track to reduce the bumping side to side.
Fun Fact: this is an opening day attraction and a “traffic report” is read out when you pass on the People Mover.
