The beautiful green hills of Lantau Island, in Mong Tung Hang valley, hide a little bit of magic. Hong Kong Disneyland is nestled into the valley of green alongside three Disney Resorts and Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre.
You access this valley by bus, car or right into the main area by train from Hong Kong. Coming from the airport it took about 25 minutes by taxi right to the front door.

Hong Kong Disneyland has 7 lands with in its walls. These include classic rides and sights. However, with a different park comes with different attractions and sights.

The first Disney Resort you’ll come across is Disneys Hollywood Hotel. Themed similar to Pop Century, this resort had some lovely photo opportunities. Like the other hotels you can have a Character breakfast or dinner.

The middle Resort, and where we stayed on our trip, was Disney Explorers Lodge. This was my favourite hotel design of all 3 Resorts. Themed similarly to the Animal Kingdom Lodge in Orlando, this was by far the best of all the resorts I visited on my East Disney trip. We had a character breakfast during our stay, which I would revisit for alone.

And the deluxe Resort was the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. This is styled like Disneys Grand Floridian Resort and Spa in WDW. We had character dinner here which was worth the visit for.
The Hong Kong Disneyland Resort was a beautiful stay and I will be making a stop over any time in the future when I visit Japan again. Which I will be. From here I will cover every detail in Hong Kong Disneyland and the things to do. I will also include my review of our full Resort stay in Explorers Lodge and our character dinner in Disneyland Hotel.
So Stay tuned for a journey through Hong Kong Disneyland and a few sights we saw.
